METHODOLOGY
Our methodology was developed to consider the various aspects of companies that complement each other and support the consulting process.
Our methodology consists of five main stages. Discovery is the first stage, where we assess the current system, define the challenges and create a macro plan to guide our actions. Next, in Design, we develop the ideal solution, its architecture and draw up a detailed action plan. In the Delivery phase, we detail and execute the plan for precisely defined deliverables. Nursery involves managing the ways of working, defining indicators and learning processes to ensure ongoing effectiveness. Finally, in Forward, we monitor performance indicators and establish a roadmap with action milestones, ensuring the maintenance and continued growth of the system.
